2018 - The Beginning
Our first blood donation camp was organized by TSSF itself in 2018. This foundational event saw a strong turnout and set the stage for our ongoing commitment to blood donation and community support.
2020 - A Significant Milestone
In 2020, TSSF Kolkata Cares and TSSF Awaz-e-Watan jointly organized a blood donation camp, achieving over 50 donors. This milestone event highlighted the power of collaboration and community support in overcoming challenges and meeting critical healthcare needs.
2023 - Continuing the Mission
In 2023, TSSF Calcutta East conducted another impactful camp with more than 30 donors. Each donation played a crucial role in providing much-needed blood for transfusions, helping numerous patients in critical need. This event reinforced our dedication to maintaining a steady supply of blood and supporting our community.
2024 - Recent Achievements
Our most recent camp, organized by TSSF Calcutta East in collaboration with Aliah University Nursing Department and SSKM Hospital's Blood Bank, achieved an incredible turnout of 85 donors. Remarkably, only 10 of these donors were TSSF members, with the majority being non-members, including college students. The event successfully dispelled myths and overcame fears associated with blood donation, encouraging many first-time donors to contribute and make a life-saving difference.
